Our Philosophy

Bell Tech provides a full continuum of integrated and interrelated services to meet the needs of patients suffering from a intellectual disability or a chemical dependency. In collaboration with Westbury Hospital, we are committed to providing quality care with our team of skilled staff.

Our Referral and Admission Programs

Referrals to Bell Tech are accepted in a variety of ways including phone, email, or in person-Mondays through Fridays and are kept strictly confidential. Initial assessments are done at no cost and are conducted by a licensed and qualified behavioral health professional. Our facility also has physicians on-site at all times to provide further evaluation and immediate admission if needed. We are providers for Medicare, Medicaid and Traditional Medicaid programs.

Outpatient Centers

Bell Tech operates its outpatient centers on site and at the Westbury Hospital. Our sites are staffed by a multidisciplinary treatment team of professionals. We offer treatments to individual as well as offering insight and assistance to their families.

Services

Children’s Treatment Services - We are one of the few centers in the Houston area specializing in the acute psychiatric treatment of children under 12 years old.

Adolescent Treatment Services - 12 to 17 years old; we offer mental health and chemical dependency care.

Adult Psychiatric Services - Our adults are treated at the Westbury Hospital in immediate crisis situations and utilizes a systems approach, as well as, medication management.

Chemical Dependency/Dual Diagnosis Program - Adults struggling with substance abuse or addiction problems can be detoxified and stabilized in our Inpatient Program.

Geriatric Services - We offer services to our seniors citizens, ranging from inpatient to outpatient care services. We provide group therapy, medication management, and case management that is supervised by a licensed psychiatrist.

Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Services- This program offers group therapy, relapse prevention, family support, and education for adults struggling with addictions.

Mobile Assessment Services - Our Mobile Assessment Team (MAT) provides on-site assessments to our facility and to the Westbury Hospital upon request.
